The Combilift company was founded by two engineers, Martin McVicar and Robert Moffett. Between them, they had more than four decades of engineering experience when they established the company in the year 1998 in Monaghan, Ireland. In only over a decade, Combilift became a leader within the long handling market all over the world, delivering machines to more than 50 markets all over the globe. Supported by a trusted global network of distributors that have assisted expand distribution into many markets all around the world and utilizing their extensive experience and knowledge, Moffett and McVicar have created machines which are in high demand and had sold 10,000 models by mid 2009.
